The Office of the National Security Council performs expert and administrative tasks for the National Security Council and the Council for the Coordination of Security and Intelligence Services, the tasks which enable the President of the Republic and the President of the Government to have oversight of the work of security and intelligence agencies as well as the tasks related to information security.
