The Office of the National Security Council started issuing Facility Security Clearances

During March 2010 the Office of the National Security Council started issuing Facility Security Clearances.

A legal entity is granted Facility Security Clearance after it is determined by security vetting that there are no security impediments and if all stipulated information security measures and standards have been implemented.

A legal entity, after receiving Facility Security Clearance, may enter into national and international Classified Contracts with state authorities of the Republic of Croatia, NATO and EU bodies, as well as state bodies of NATO and EU member states.

Facility Security Clearance is valid for a period of 5 years and the security request and its content are checked when entering into any new Classified Contract.
