No complaint was filed in the Office of the National Security Council in 2013 on the basis of the Code of Ethics for Public Servants (Official Gazette, No. 40/11 and 13/12).
UVNS received a complaint via the Parliamentary Committee for Home Affairs and National Security and, concerning its content, the procedure stipulated in Title VIII of the Code of Ethics for Public Servants was employed – “Checking the grounds for complaint”. During the afore mentioned procedure it was ascertained that there were no reasonable grounds for the complaint and upon the report of the UVNS’ Commissioner for Ethics the answer was sent to the Parliamentary Committee for Home Affairs and National Security.
Pursuant to Article 26 of the Code of Ethics for Public Servants the report was submitted to the Ministry of Administration as the state body competent for the preparation of a joint report on complaints for disrespect of the Code of Ethics within state administration.
