Zaključkom Vlade Republike Hrvatske, KLASA: 022-03/23-07/271, URBROJ: 50301-29/23-23-3 od 13. srpnja 2023., prihvaća se Izvješće o provedbi Akcijskog plana za provedbu Nacionalne strategije kibernetičke sigurnosti u 2022. godini, u tekstu koji je Vladi Republike Hrvatske dostavio Ured Vijeća za nacionalnu sigurnost, aktom KLASA: 200-02/22-01/30, URBROJ: 50439-04/42-23-45 od 19. lipnja 2023. godine.
