Three new Ordinances related to information security adopted

Three new Ordinances related to information security area have been adopted: Ordinance on personnel security standards (March 2011, Unclassified), Ordinance on physical security standards (March 2011, Unclassified) and Ordinance on security of information standards (May 2011, Unclassified), whereby respective Ordinances from May 2008 ceased to have effect.

Pursuant to the Data Secrecy Act (Official Gazette 79/07) they are classified as “Unclassified” and are used only for official purposes and not published in the Official Gazette.
