The Office of the National Security Council issues a Facility Security Clearance to a legal entity when it establishes that there are no security impediments based on the security vetting procedure and when the prescribed information security measures and standards have been applied.
After a legal entity obtains a Facility Security Clearance, it is able to conclude national and international classified contracts with the Croatian state authorities, NATO and EU bodies and the state authorities of NATO and EU member states.The list of legal entities registered in the Republic of Croatia holding Facility Security Clearances issued by the UVNS was updated on 12 May 2015 and you can see it here.
