Report on filed complaints for disrespecting Code of Ethics for Public Servants

No complaint was filed in the Office of the National Security Council in 2011 in relation to the unethical practice of its employees and in accordance with Article 26 of the Code of Ethics for Public Servants (Official Gazette, No. 40/11) the report was submitted to the Ministry of Administration as the state body competent for the preparation of a joint report on complaints for disrespect of the Code of Ethics within state administration.
