The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on the Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information was signed in Zagreb on 18 April 2023. On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Croatia the Agreement was signed by Mr. Valentino Franjić, Director of the Office of the National Security Council and on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany by H.E. Dr. Christian Hellbach, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Croatia.
